St. Francis University

Saint Francis is a private, Catholic, co-educational liberal arts university. Established in 1847, the University is among America’s first Franciscan institutions and is the nation’s 12th-oldest Catholic institution of higher education. Saint Francis operates under the conventions of the Franciscan Friars of the Third Order Regular. The University is dedicated to providing each student with top-rated academics, a vibrant student life, opportunities for leadership, and unflagging attention from a distinguished faculty. For the past century and a half, Saint Francis University’s commitment to academics and student life has embodied two important values: high-quality education and respecting students as individuals.
