We are pleased to announce that ConGen GLOBAL is offering a new ConGen course: the 2025 Recent Advances in Conservation Genetics – will be offered at the Cheetah Conservation Fund Research Center, Otjiwarongo Namibia (01/5-15/2025).
Application is free. You do not need to pay the registration fee before receiving the acceptance letter. If your application is accepted by the selection committee, you will be eligible to apply to a number of sponsored scholarships covering your tuition, living expenses or both. To receive the full consideration, the applications must be submitted before June 6th Please fill out this form to be considered as one of the participants for the course.
Application for ConGen2025 acceptance is a competitive process: the committee will evaluate your application and will mail you an acceptance letter if you are qualified.
Applications submitted by June 6th 2024 are free of charge. You do not need to pay the registration fee before receiving the acceptance letter.
The successful early applicants will be notified of the committees decision by July 1, 2024. They will have at least until September 15th 2024 to pay your registration deposit, or forfeit your placement to the next person on the waiting list.
Applications submitted after June 6th 2024 will be charged a late submission fee of $250 U.S.
If you are accepted after the early submission (by June 6th 2024), you will have to let us know by July 15, 2024 and pay a deposit $1,250 US on your registration by September 15th, 2024.
If you are accepted after a late submission (after June 6th 2024), you will have to to pay your registration deposit within two weeks after receiving the acceptance letter, or forfeit your placement to the next person on the waiting list.
In all cases, the full registration $2,500 US will have to be paid in full by October 15th, 2024.
If the registration is not paid on time, your place can be offered to the next applicants on the waiting list.
